[color=red]Cross cultural teams are highly hybrid in terms of not only gender but also race, ethnicity, language and educational backgrounds so one important element to manage hybrid team is empathy and a sense of understanding to one an other. THis groung sounds good for success of ceoss cultural teams. Very Happy
